All Around Clowning
After 20+ years as a social worker I began clowning in 2004 with the Kentucky Derby Festival. When I left social work I started my own children’s entertainment business in 2006. I found my true passion is working with children and sharing the art of magic and comedy just to watch them smile. When people ask why I like being a clown I say…
“I like being a clown so I don’t get so wrapped up in being an adult that I forget there are other things that are important in life…like the wonders of childhood. I believe childhood should be the most wonderful time of your life…like seeing a shooting star among all the other ordinary stars. You see, a shooting star is so wonderful and like childhood it passes quickly, but while it’s here….it’s just lights up the whole sky. Children are just as amazing and wonderful and as spectacular as a shooting star and so should childhood be. If I can be a part of that…be one of those ordinary stars in their life…then I feel privileged.”

All Around Clowning offers comedy magic, storytelling and just plain fun in order to make a memorable time for everyone.
- Sweet Petunia – A clown good for all ages!! She is a funny, sweet loveable clown with purple hair and big red nose. Sweet Petunia is soft spoken, glitzy and silly clown that will guarantee laughter. This is the main clown character that specializes in family involvement and younger children.
